"So Deep, So Soon"

In complementing and contrasting outfits, Sammy-Jane and Eden head into the silt pond again.

Within only a couple of steps, Eden is knee-deep in the sticky ooze, and Sammy-Jane outdoes her by slipping to thigh-deep, her boots slowly dipping below the surface of the clinging mire.

Eden too finds her boots engulfed, and as they try to free themselves and move around, they only succeed in sinking deeper until they are boob-deep in the mud, their costumes overwhelmed.

They struggle free, and try a little walk in the muck further along the bank, but with similar results and so exit the mud to recover their breath and composure.
